Thank you for shopping with Radiance Revive. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
U.S. shipping rates and delivery times
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $55 or more
- $6.99 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders under $55
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after your order ships, from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse (exception below)
Exception: The Pore Perfect Blackhead Vacuum Extractor ships from our international fulfillment partner. Please allow about 7–12 business days for delivery after it ships.
We ship to all 50 states.
International shipping
Most of our products ship from the United States. For addresses outside the U.S., available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at clarkeshawn507@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.
