Refund policy

We want you to love your Radiance Revive purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at clarkeshawn507@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the address to send your item to.
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable shipping method.

Items sent back without a return authorization can't be accepted. Unless the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, skincare devices that have been used can't be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order. If you received a defective item, we'll exchange it for the same item at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
